How we protect the site

PIN gate access

Every entry uses your personal PIN. The gate logs who came in and when. Access is yours alone, 6am–10pm, 7 days.

4K CCTV

High-resolution cameras cover the driveways, gate, and unit rows. Footage is recorded continuously.

Motion-activated LED lighting

Floodlights stay at 20% all night, then ramp to full brightness when movement is detected. No dark corners.

Random security patrols

Patrols visit on an irregular schedule. Predictable security isn’t security — randomness is the point.

Items we can’t accept

To protect the facility and everyone who stores here, a few items are off-limits.

  • Lithium batteries — including e-bikes, e-scooters, and cordless power tool batteries. Lithium battery fires are a known cause of total facility loss in the storage industry. No exceptions.
  • Flammable liquids and hazardous chemicals — petrol, solvents, gas bottles, pool chemicals.
  • Food, plants, and live animals — attract pests and create hygiene issues.
  • Anything illegal — self-explanatory.
