Find a unit that fits

unit 24

Sheds

Solid colorbond walls and a roller door. The standard option and what most of our customers go with. Sizes range from small bedroom-sized units up to a 9m × 3m super-large unit.
Best for: furniture, household goods, business stock, archive boxes — anything you’d happily keep in a clean, dry garage.
Worth knowing: roller doors open all the way up, so loading is easy. Drive-up access at most units.

Available at: both 241 and 233 Princes Hwy.

Shipping containers

Standard 20-foot containers, 6m × 2.4m, with double swing doors at one end. Built to weather open ocean — tough, lockable, and weatherproof.
Best for: boats and trailers, vehicles, tools, surfboards and kayaks, camping gear, business overflow — anything you’d store in a workshop.
Worth knowing: Swing doors instead of a roller door, so you’ll need clear space in front to open them fully.

Available at: both sites, though most of our containers are at 233.

What size do I need?

Most people overestimate by one tier. Count rooms, not square metres — and remember our ceilings are 2.4m, so packing high uses your floor space twice. Here’s what each size typically holds when packed well.

Small — typically 3m × 2.4m (7.2m²), from $180/month

Our most popular size at $200/month. Smaller variants start at $180, larger ones go up to $235. About the size of a single bedroom or a quarter of a single garage. The right pick for decluttering, students between semesters, renovators clearing a single room, or anyone storing a small bedroom’s worth of contents plus a few extras.

Fits comfortably:

  • A queen bed + frame, chest of drawers, and bedside tables
  • A 2-seater couch or armchair
  • 25–30 medium boxes
  • Or: fridge + washing machine + roughly 15 boxes

If you’ve got more than one room’s worth, step up to a Medium.

Medium — typically 4m × 2.4m (9.6m²), from $240/month

Our most common Medium is 4m × 2.4m at $240/month, with larger variants up to $265. Roughly half a single garage. Holds the contents of a furnished 1-bedroom apartment, or a 2-bedroom unit if you skip larger items. Common for renovations, moving between rentals, downsizers, or small businesses storing inventory.

Fits comfortably:

  • A full 1-bedroom apartment: bed, couch, dining table, fridge, washing machine, ~30 boxes
  • Most of a 2-bedroom unit if you pack tight and stand furniture on end
  • A motorbike with boxes packed around it
  • A small trade business’s stock plus a few pallets of materials

Large — typically 6m × 3m (18m²), from $265/month

Our most common Large is 6m × 3m at $320/month. Smaller variants start at $265, larger ones go up to $335.A double-car garage. Holds a 3-bedroom house comfortably, including whitegoods and a lounge suite. The right choice for full-house moves, families relocating between properties, longer-term storage, and businesses with stock plus equipment.

Fits comfortably:

  • A full 3-bedroom house: beds, lounge suite, dining setting, fridge, washing machine, dryer, ~50 boxes
  • A car with shelving and boxes around it
  • Trade tools, a workbench, and small business stock
  • A family’s belongings during an interstate move or settlement gap

Container — 6m × 2.4m (14.4m²)

$273/month at both sites. A 20-foot shipping container at our 233 Princes Hwy site (mostly — we have a few at 241 too). Holds about a 3-bedroom house worth of gear — but it’s narrower than our Large shed, so wide items like dining tables may need to go in on their side. Best for boats, vehicles, tools, and weather-tolerant gear.

Fits comfortably:

  • The contents of a 3-bedroom home if packed on end
  • A boat on a trailer
  • A car plus tools and parts around it
  • Surfboards, kayaks, camping gear, and garden equipment
  • Trade vehicles or seasonal stock

Specialty options

We also have a few less common sizes — extra-small archive units (under $180/month), extra-large 7×3m units for 4-bedroom homes, a Super 9×3m for full house relocations or commercial storage, and dedicated boat storage from $220/month. Quick rules of thumb

  • Pack high. Our 2.4m ceilings mean a 7m² unit is really 16m³ of usable space.
  • Stand furniture on end. Couches, mattresses, and dining tables save up to a third of your floor area when stood vertical.
  • Leave an aisle if you’ll visit often. Worth the extra tier up.
  • Mark it out at home. Use masking tape on your living room floor to outline the unit footprint, then walk through what you’d put where. Most accurate sanity check there is.

Two sites, 60 metres apart

We’ve got units across two sites on Princes Highway, both with the same secure PIN access. Units numbered 200 and above are at our 233 site; everything else is at 241. The booking page shows you which site each unit is at before you confirm.
